Where should Fairfield go from here? What are the next steps?

Group 1

1. Educating teachers in effective use with computers, such as excel, software before taught to the students.
2. Plan time across content areas to encourage collaboration and inclusion for intergration.
3. More project based assignments that allows sellf interest group to use research to accomplish this these goals.
4. Use differentiation.

Group 3

1. Teachers should have more time to collaborate and observe other teachers in their academic areas
2. More technology for every classroom or special area
3. Teachers helping to do their own professional development

Group 4

1. A senior project focused on critical thinking
2. More rigor in curriculum
3. Start at 12th grade and look at how to develop these skills at each grade level
4. More money to support education
5. Partnerships with businesses
